Reinforcement & Film Laying Machine
Coordinate reinforcement preparation on the slab bed.
An automatic gang stressing machine applies the specified stressing operation to the reinforcement arrangement of a prestressed composite slab line. The reference design offered through REALJET includes automatic pin insertion and withdrawal, two stressing modes, one-touch return and real-time monitoring of stressing force and cylinder stroke. It is selected together with the production bed and anchorage system.

Gang stressing belongs to the prestressing stage of the production process. The machine operates at the interface between the reinforcement arrangement and the bed's stressing and anchorage components. Product drawings, reinforcement specifications and the approved stressing procedure define the required duty.
The equipment must therefore be reviewed as part of a coordinated system. A machine's force rating alone cannot establish that a production bed, anchorage arrangement or slab design is suitable. The scope needs to identify how these components work together and who provides each part of the installation.
These features describe the available equipment functions. The stressing sequence, target values, instrumentation requirements and acceptance criteria are defined in the technical package for the actual line.
This is a functional overview for equipment selection. Production stressing and release procedures must follow the engineered system and product requirements.
| Item | Reference specification |
|---|---|
| Equipment function | Gang stressing for a prestressed composite slab line |
| Pin operation | Automatic insertion and withdrawal |
| Stressing modes | Two modes; operating details project-specific |
| Return function | One-touch return to starting position |
| Monitored variables | Reinforcement stressing force and cylinder stroke |
These figures describe the reference configuration. Final dimensions, equipment scope and operating conditions are confirmed in the project specification.
Provide slab drawings, reinforcement material and size, the number and arrangement of stressing elements, and the required force and stroke. Include production-bed geometry and anchorage details. State which components are already installed and which are required in the new package.
The review should establish the rated force in agreed engineering units, the force and stroke monitoring requirements and the physical engagement interface. It should also define the responsibilities for the bed, reaction structure, anchorage and machine controls. This makes equipment proposals comparable on the actual stressing duty rather than on an isolated catalogue figure.
It refers to the stressing operation for a group of reinforcement elements in the specified slab-production arrangement. The compatible reinforcement layout and engagement system need to be defined for the line.
The machine and bed are separate scope items unless the project package explicitly includes both. Bed, anchorage, reaction structure and controls should each have an agreed supply boundary.
The catalogue describes real-time monitoring of reinforcement stressing force and cylinder stroke. Required measurement ranges and acceptance criteria are confirmed during technical review.
The catalogue does not establish universal compatibility. The operating mode must match the selected reinforcement, anchorage arrangement and approved stressing procedure.
Share your slab and reinforcement drawings, required stressing duty and bed arrangement. REALJET can review the gang stressing machine and the interfaces included in your proposed line.
