Production process

From Table Preparation
to Finished Elements

One connected flow, from the production plan to the dispatch yard. The final sequence follows your wall and slab designs.

  1. Preparation

Clean and oil pallets; review the production plan.

  2. Shuttering & reinforcement

Set edge forms, openings, inserts and reinforcement.

  3. Distribution & compaction

Coordinate concrete supply, placing and finishing.

  4. Curing

Confirm curing conditions and release strength.

  5. Demoulding & handling

Remove shutters, tilt where needed and lift.

  6. Storage & dispatch

Coordinate yard positions, traceability and delivery.

Sandwich walls add insulation placement and a second concrete layer to the casting sequence.

Prestressed slabs require separate stressing, anchorage and release steps. This process concept does not replace final engineering design.

FAQs

Before You Plan
Your Plant

Practical answers for your engineering and procurement team.

Which precast products can this solution support?

The proposed configurations cover solid walls, insulated sandwich wall panels, lattice girder slabs and selected special precast elements. We confirm compatibility from your product drawings, dimensions and reinforcement details.

Should we choose a carousel line or a long-line solution?

The choice depends on product repetition, output targets, available space and the work required at each station. We review the product mix and production flow before recommending a configuration.

What determines the cost of a precast plant?

Cost depends on the product range, capacity, automation, curing, handling, reinforcement preparation and site interfaces. Your proposal separates equipment and services from civil works, local utilities and other project costs.

What information is needed for a plant proposal?

Start with your project country, intended products and output target. Product drawings, shift plans, building dimensions, crane capacity and available utilities help us prepare a more useful review. If some information is unavailable, we can clarify it with you.

Can REALJET help upgrade an existing plant?

Yes. We can review your existing layout, equipment interfaces and production bottlenecks to assess suitable upgrades. The scope is defined after checking the current system and the changes required.

Can production equipment connect with our software?

MES, equipment data collection and other digital modules can be considered as part of the project. Interfaces, software language, deployment and integration with existing systems require technical confirmation.

What installation and training are included?

Installation, commissioning, training and support are defined in the agreed package. We identify site preparation, customer responsibilities and local contractor work before implementation.

How is production capacity confirmed?

We assess capacity using the product mix, pallet or bed arrangement, station cycle times, shifts, curing and handling limits. Preliminary figures are planning assumptions until project conditions and acceptance criteria are agreed.
