Pallet Stacker
Review storage and retrieval at each chamber position.
A precast curing chamber provides an enclosed environment for loaded production pallets during concrete curing. The reference system offered through REALJET combines a multi-level rack structure, independent temperature and humidity control for each chamber row, and hot-air circulation. Steam curing is supported, with the chamber and heat-supply interfaces defined for the project.

In a carousel wall or slab plant, pallets move from casting into the curing system and return to production after the agreed release conditions have been met. A multi-level chamber provides storage positions within this flow. A pallet stacker handles the storage and retrieval interface.
The chamber arrangement should follow the product mix, pallet dimensions, production schedule and curing process. A reference rack layout is useful for discussing space and storage, but the required chamber size depends on how the plant actually operates. Available building height and stacker access also need to be checked.
The equipment scope should state which chamber, controls and heat-supply components are included. Civil works, local utility connections and any separately supplied heat source should be identified in the project responsibilities.
The chamber controls the curing environment. The project's concrete process determines the temperature programme, duration and release requirements; these are established separately from a catalogue storage arrangement.
| Item | Reference specification |
|---|---|
| Reference storage arrangement | 5 bays × 9 levels × 2 chambers |
| Structure | Integrated multi-level rack |
| Temperature / humidity control | Independent control for each chamber row |
| Air circulation | Hot-air circulation |
| Supported curing method | Steam curing |
These figures describe the reference configuration. Final dimensions, equipment scope and operating conditions are confirmed in the project specification.
Start with pallet size, the number of pallets in circulation, shift patterns and the intended curing process. Include the product range, available utilities and plant building section. The proposed stacker needs a clear route to each usable storage position.
When comparing layouts, ask for a definition of bays, levels, chambers and usable pallet positions. Those terms must refer to the same arrangement before storage counts can be compared. The review should also identify the heat source and control boundary so that the chamber quotation can be compared with the complete installation requirement.
No. This chamber uses a multi-level rack arrangement for production pallets. A retractable cover encloses a casting-bed area and retracts to provide access. They belong to different handling and layout concepts.
The bay, level and chamber notation describes a reference layout. Usable positions must be confirmed from the final storage drawing, pallet geometry and handling arrangement.
The temperature and humidity programme follows the approved concrete curing process for the actual products. It cannot be selected from storage capacity or chamber dimensions alone.
The heat source, utility connections and controls are defined in the agreed equipment package. Ask for these responsibilities to be identified when reviewing the curing proposal.
Share your pallet dimensions, production schedule, intended curing process and available heat source. REALJET can review the storage layout, chamber controls and pallet-handling interfaces.
