For battery storage, charging and solar equipment OEMs

Custom Metal Parts for Battery Storage, EV Charging and Solar

Order the metal parts around your battery modules, power electronics or inverter. REALJET manufactures formed panels and supports, welded cabinet frames and machined mounting features to your approved equipment drawings.

Metal components matched to your equipment

Select components for a battery energy storage system (BESS), power conversion system (PCS), EV DC fast charger or solar PV inverter. The catalogue separates the mechanical parts by equipment so you can review their supply scope, interfaces and inspection requirements.

For your equipment team

Battery rack and BESS cabinet builders, PCS manufacturers, EV charging equipment OEMs and inverter mounting-accessory suppliers.

Start with the mating view

Define the installed loads, module insertion path and cabinet environment early. A tray, frame or bracket needs the correct supports and fixing interfaces before its manufacturing and inspection route can be priced.

14 component types

Battery storage racks and cabinets

For module support, cabinet structure and service access.

PCS and modular power conversion

For the metal enclosure and power-module bay structure.

EV DC charging equipment

For the power cabinet skeleton and removable module supports.

Solar inverter mounting

For the wall-side and inverter-side hanging interface.

Battery thermal-management supports

For cooling equipment frames and external mounting parts.

Manufacturing capability

From your drawing to finished metalwork

Welding stations in the REALJET workshop
Welding workshop — frame connections and the joining sequence follow the approved component drawing.

Form the panels and module supports

Existing plate-preparation and CNC bending routes apply to trays, rails, service doors and chassis panels. Section shape, bend access and final module clearance determine the tooling review.

Join frames and finish mounting features

The manufacturing workshop includes welded fabrication and machining/assembly routes. Locate cabinet/module datums before joining, then review drilling, boring, tapping or required face machining at the functional interfaces.

Specify the finish for the installation

Phosphating, powder coating and painting routes are reviewed against the material, appearance and equipment environment. Outdoor use, corrosion testing and complete-enclosure qualification require an explicit specification.

See equipment and process capabilities

Order loose parts or a defined joined structure. The quotation identifies supplied hardware, finish, inspection and any external operations. Electronics, complete-system performance and product-specific qualification are included only under an agreed scope.

Fit and acceptance

Checks that follow the installed part

Battery trays and rails

Agree support span, module footprint, paired-rail height and restraint features. A deflection check requires the load distribution, supports and acceptance limits.

Cabinets and power chassis

Check frame geometry after fixture release, then panel gaps, module positions and specified contact provisions. A bare frame or door does not establish the complete enclosure rating.

Cooling and inverter supports

Reference both mounting interfaces when measuring offsets and fixing patterns. Define the device dummy, hanging or service access, and any separately quoted load/corrosion tests.

Your next step

Let’s review your part drawings.

Include a dimensioned PDF, available STEP/DXF/DWG files, material, finish, quantity and delivery city. Add the assembly view, drawing revision and acceptance requirements.

Before you enquire

Your manufacturing questions, answered.

Clarify the supply scope and information needed for a drawing-based quote.

Is a battery module support tray the same as a sealed battery pack housing?

No. The listed tray supports an enclosed module in a rack or cabinet. Sealed pack housings, cell cans and liquid cold plates require separate designs, materials and sealing or pressure-test requirements.

Can I buy only the metal frame for a DC charging cabinet?

Yes. Send the frame and module-bay drawings with the panel and base interfaces. List purchased hardware and delivery condition. Charging electronics, connectors and complete-system qualification are separate unless explicitly agreed.

Can a bracket be made for my solar inverter?

Provide the approved inverter mounting drawing or a dimensioned bracket design. Include the wall-side fixing pattern, hook engagement, device clearance and any specified load or corrosion checks.

Do cabinet parts come with an automatic IP rating?

A frame, panel or door alone does not establish the completed enclosure rating. Specify the full assembly, seals and required test scope if enclosure qualification is part of the order.

What is needed to price a BESS, charging or solar component?

Send the part and assembly drawings, material, finish, quantity, drawing revision and delivery city. Mark support loads, module interfaces, outdoor requirements and the inspection records or mating fixtures needed for acceptance.
