Solar Inverter Wall Mounting Brackets to your design

Order the metal wall bracket that supports your solar PV inverter at its rear mounting interface. REALJET makes the contour, formed hooks and fixing slots to your inverter and installation drawings.

Choose the part and delivery condition

Your order Information that sets the scope
Formed wall bracket Profile, hooks, slots and wall-side fixing pattern
Bracket with welded features Joint details and installed offsets
Bracket with specified purchased hardware Hardware list, finish and packing requirements

The order covers the bracket and explicitly listed hardware. The inverter, wall anchors and installation work are separate unless agreed. Support loads and anchor requirements follow your approved installation design.

Fit it to the equipment around it

Wall-side fixings and the inverter hanging interface must be reviewed together. Show hook engagement, locking provisions and the clearance needed to lift the inverter into position. Identify the substrate and anchors in your installation design; they are not selected from the bracket photograph.

Plan the manufacturing around these features

The steps below are proposed for the drawing review. Your material, geometry and acceptance requirements determine the final route, tooling and inspection provision.

Relate wall and device interfaces

Review slot positions, hook engagement and the installed offset together. Resolve bend-adjacent openings before preparing the blank.

Form hooks and join specified features

Plan bend access around the hanging features. If features are welded, review their locating arrangement and check the hook relationship after joining.

Finish for the specified environment

Confirm material and corrosion-protection route in the quote. Recheck hook engagement after finishing where coating allowance affects fit.

Manufacturing capability for your component

Your component feature Existing process and its use Confirm for your order
Bracket profile and hooks Plate preparation and CNC bending. Review the hook and wall-side fixing relationship, then form the drawing-defined offsets. Bend tooling, coating allowance and the inverter engagement interface.
Joined features where specified Welded fabrication and mounting-interface coordination. Add only the specified welded features and review their locating/inspection datums. Hook relationship after joining and the inverter/dummy fit.
Corrosion protection Phosphating, powder coating and painting routes. Select an applicable route for the material/environment rather than assigning a corrosion rating from appearance. Coating specification, specialist test route and anchor/load arrangement.

The existing bending and fabrication route supports review of the mounting bracket. Finished hook engagement and the specified wall/device loads still require their own checks.

Define what the first article must demonstrate

Feature Proposed check Record to agree
Hooks, slots and offset Measure the inverter interface from the wall-side datums; check slot size/location and hook orientation. Dimensional results and locating setup.
Hanging and release Use the specified inverter or interface dummy to check engagement, locking and lifting/removal clearance. Device/dummy identity and engagement/removal checklist.
Loading and corrosion tests if ordered Review support condition, load direction and limits for a load check; coating specification and corrosion testing are separately scoped. Approved test arrangements and reports; no inferred rating from appearance.

Identify the drawing revision, measurement datums and pass/fail limits before the sample is made. The quote confirms the available measuring setup, any mating fixture and whether a specialist test needs an external provider.

Packing for your next assembly step

Protect hanging hooks and finished surfaces. Include part identification and hardware separation requirements so the installer receives the specified bracket and fastener set. State the quantity and delivery city so packing volume and the requested delivery terms can be included.

Questions before you send drawings

Should hook fit be checked before or after coating?

Both stages may be useful, but acceptance must address the delivered condition. Where coating build-up affects engagement or locking, use the nominated mating interface for the finished-bracket check.

Can you make a bracket for a particular inverter model?

Provide the approved mounting-interface drawing or a dimensioned design. Include the inverter envelope and hanging details; appearance alone does not establish compatibility.

What should I send for the drawing review?

Send the dimensioned PDF, available STEP/DXF/DWG files and assembly view. Include material, finish, quantity, delivery city and drawing revision. Mark the features in the inspection plan that control acceptance.

Can we approve a sample before ordering repeat quantities?

Request a sample or pilot batch with the agreed dimensional report and any mating checks. Scope, timing and test provision are quoted after review; repeat supply follows the accepted drawing revision and any agreed sample changes.

Discuss your PV inverter wall mounting bracket
