GPU Server Sheet-Metal Chassis
Used inAI training and inference GPU server
The chassis bottom shell and drawing-defined structural panels.
View manufacturing detailsSource the metal structure for your server or its supporting equipment. Order individual chassis parts, formed supports or welded frames to your drawings, with the mounting interfaces and inspection scope agreed before manufacture.
Choose the part by where it sits in your assembly: inside the GPU server, in the rack and power system, around the liquid-cooling equipment, or in the battery backup cabinet. Each detail page explains the part you can order, its manufacturing route and the fit checks to define.
GPU server and chassis OEMs, rack builders, power-equipment manufacturers, CDU integrators and battery-backup cabinet suppliers.
Start with the mating assembly. Tray heights, module slots, rail attachments and service openings need a common set of datums so the finished metalwork fits your equipment.

Plate preparation and CNC bending provide the route for chassis panels, carriers and brackets. Tool access, hole-to-bend distance and the selected finish are reviewed for the actual geometry.
Welded fabrication can be combined with drilling, boring, tapping and specified face machining for rack and CDU interfaces. Joining order and post-join measurements follow the part’s datums.
Deburring, phosphating, powder coating and painting routes are available for review. Mark masked contacts and finished interface requirements; agree dimensional records and mating checks for the first article.
Order loose parts or a defined joined structure. The quotation identifies supplied hardware, finish, inspection and any external operations. Electronics, complete-system performance and product-specific qualification are included only under an agreed scope.
Specify tray support heights, GPU retention offsets and every fan-slot position. Trial-fit the nominated module or gauge after forming, joining and finish.
Agree rail/base datums, complete module-bay positions and the free-state frame condition. Electrical contacts and system testing need a defined scope.
Define the pump/exchanger/manifold or battery-module interface and the service path. Loading, vibration or fluid-system tests are separately reviewed.
Include a dimensioned PDF, available STEP/DXF/DWG files, material, finish, quantity and delivery city. Add the assembly view, drawing revision and acceptance requirements.
Attach files in your email application. For confidential drawings, contact us first to arrange the exchange method and any required confidentiality agreement.
Clarify the supply scope and information needed for a drawing-based quote.
Yes. Identify the bottom shell, panel, tray or bracket in your enquiry and provide its part drawing with the mating assembly. The quotation defines individual parts, joined structures, purchased hardware and delivery condition.
Chassis shells, GPU trays, retention brackets and fan cages are server parts. Rack frames, power shelves, CDU structures and battery backup supports belong to the surrounding data-center equipment; each uses its own approved design.
The proposed frame, pump plate and brackets are mechanical supports. Pumps, heat exchangers, manifolds, hoses and coolant are separate unless explicitly included. Pressure, leak and cooling-performance validation have their own scope.
Send a dimensioned PDF and available STEP, DXF or DWG files, the assembly view, material, finish, quantities and destination. Include module envelopes, interface datums, drawing revision and any fixture or recorded inspection requirements.
Request a sample or pilot batch with the dimensional report and mating checks you require. Specify who provides the modules or gauges. Scope, timing and repeat-order release are agreed after drawing review.
