Concrete Distributor
Match transport-bucket discharge to distributor loading.
A concrete transport bucket carries fresh concrete between a supply point and a receiving station in a precast plant. The reference equipment offered through REALJET, also described as a concrete flying bucket, combines an easy-clean hopper, coordinated control, remote operation and positioning functions. Catalogue volume options are 1.8, 2.5 and 3.5 m³.

The transport bucket works on the concrete supply route. It receives concrete, travels to the receiving point and hands the material over to the next machine. At a pallet casting station, that receiving machine can be a concrete distributor, which then places concrete over the mould area.
The transport route needs to be reviewed alongside the batching or mixing arrangement and the distributor's loading position. A suitable bucket must fit the receiving quantity and the physical interfaces at both ends. The travelling structure, clearances and operating sequence belong in the same review.
The final specification should identify the route, receiving positions and control responsibilities. The presence of automatic functions does not define a complete unattended concrete supply system.
Movement, discharge and handover details depend on the selected bucket and plant arrangement. The source volume options do not establish the usable load or complete travel cycle for every configuration.
| Item | Reference specification |
|---|---|
| Catalogue nominal volume options | 1.8 m³ / 2.5 m³ / 3.5 m³ |
| Catalogue travel speed options | 0–42 m/min or 0–60 m/min; configuration-specific |
| Control | Coordinated control / remote operation |
| Positioning features | Automatic tracking and stopping |
| Hopper feature | Easy-clean arrangement |
These figures describe the reference configuration. Final dimensions, equipment scope and operating conditions are confirmed in the project specification.
Share the concrete quantity needed at each receiving point, route length and layout, mixing-plant discharge position and distributor loading height. Include drawings showing the travel path and support conditions. The review should establish the bucket's working volume, loaded condition and travel requirements as a matched configuration.
A faster travel figure does not automatically shorten the complete supply cycle. Receiving, positioning, discharge and return movements also consume time. To compare equipment proposals, ask for the same route, load condition and handover definition rather than comparing maximum speeds alone.
In this plant context, it is a travelling concrete transport bucket that moves fresh concrete along a defined route between supply and receiving points. The supporting and travelling arrangement is specified for the factory.
Its principal role is transport and handover. A concrete distributor performs controlled placing over the casting pallet. The two machines need compatible loading interfaces.
The catalogue lists volume and speed options without a complete model-pairing table. Those figures must not be assumed to describe one configuration; request a matched specification.
Provide the supply and receiving drawings, route, supports, clearances and required concrete quantities. Existing control and handover conditions also need to be checked.
Send the route between your mixer and casting station, the required receiving quantities and loading interfaces. REALJET can review the bucket configuration and its coordination with the distributor.
