Realjet (Changsha Ruijie Machinery Technology Co., Ltd.) is an engineering and manufacturing company established in 2008 in Changsha, China.
The company manufactures custom machinery components and equipment for precast concrete production lines. Its capabilities include engineering design, metal cutting and forming, welding, CNC machining, mechanical assembly and surface finishing.
Manufacturing Capabilities
Engineering & DFM
Engineering review covers component drawings, materials, manufacturing methods and tooling. Design-for-manufacture (DFM) checks address interfaces, tolerances and production requirements.

Metal Forming
Press-brake bending, plate rolling and tube bending produce brackets, panels, curved sections and structural components.

Welding

Machining & Assembly
CNC milling, boring, drilling and tapping produce mounting faces, locating bores and fixing features. Mechanical assembly follows the approved configuration.

- Finish interfaces after welding, accounting for support conditions and distortion.

Surface Finishing

Quality Management
Realjet holds ISO 9001:2015 quality management certification. Inspection covers materials, manufacturing processes, dimensions, assembly and surface finish, with acceptance criteria and records agreed for each order.
Weld quality & process checks
Review weld details, procedure requirements, joint condition and the agreed checks at forming, fit-up and welding stages.
Dimensions, assembly & testing
Verify critical dimensions, mating interfaces and mechanical assembly against the agreed datums, measurement methods and test scope.
Coating & final release
Check the specified surface preparation, coating condition, identification, records and packing before release.
Inspection resources
Articulated measuring equipment, hardness testing and dimensional gauges are selected around feature size, tolerance and support conditions. Calibration status and measurement uncertainty must suit the agreed check.
