Automatic concrete cube preparation
Turn fresh concrete into identified test specimens through a controlled sequence of filling, compaction and finishing. Connect initial storage, demoulding and mould cleaning within the same preparation cell.

What does an automatic cube preparation cell do?
An automatic concrete cube making machine fills, compacts and finishes concrete in cube moulds within a coordinated preparation cell. Initial storage, demoulding and mould cleaning can be included in the specified workflow. REALJET configures the cell around the concrete mix, mould design and specimen schedule.
The cell coordinates mould positioning, concrete dosing, compaction and surface finishing. The preparation program is agreed around the concrete and test method, with station interlocks confirming each handover.
Measured filling
Use weight feedback and controlled feeding to place concrete in the mould.
Compaction and finishing
Coordinate the selected insertion, vibration and finishing sequence.
Initial storage
Move filled moulds into assigned positions before demoulding.

Designed around your concrete and production rhythm.
Concrete behavior affects feeding, compaction, cleaning and the allowable handling time. REALJET reviews the material range and batch-change procedure together with the mechanical configuration.
| Specification item | Configuration basis |
|---|---|
| Specimen geometry | 150 mm cube configuration; other requirements reviewed separately |
| Output | Specified in individual specimens per hour, with group size and operating shift |
| Filling | Weight feedback, feeder arrangement and batch-change sequence |
| Initial storage | Capacity matched to demoulding time and production intake |
| Mould management | Mould quantity, cleaning, release agent and return path |
| Utilities | Electrical supply, compressed air, cleaning water and drainage |
| Material review | Workability, maximum aggregate size and setting behavior |
Keep cleaning and access in the layout.
Cleaning is part of the operating cycle. Collection trays, wash points and drainage routes need to remain accessible when the cell is operating. REALJET also plans access for nozzle, feeder and gripping-tool maintenance.
Concrete laboratory questions.
Start with the operation you need to change. REALJET will help define the equipment and interfaces.
Is demoulding included?
The preparation scope can include initial storage, demoulding and mould recycling. The agreed equipment list identifies which stations are included.
How many cubes can the machine make?
Capacity is specified for the selected mould, concrete, preparation sequence and operating shift. Send the daily and peak specimen workload so the cell can be sized correctly.
Can the cell handle different concrete mixes?
The material review covers workability, aggregate size, setting behavior and the required cleaning between batches. Special mixes need a defined validation sequence.
Does it include the fresh concrete supply line?
Supply can be local or connected through a separate feeding and transfer module. The collection point, transfer time and interface are agreed with the preparation layout.
