Which channel do you need to produce?
You do not need to know the mould type. Show us the finished channel and we will start from there.

A photo or sketch is enough to begin
Send what you already have. We will identify the missing details and discuss the next step with you.

The mould should fit your production, not just the drawing
Channel size, moving weight, casting frequency and available handling equipment determine how the mould should open.

Simple operator-controlled opening
Considered when panels can be handled safely at the required production rate.
Mechanical help for repeated movement
Screw, linkage, rolling or lifting mechanisms can reduce handling effort.
Controlled movement for heavier parts
Considered when weight, frequency or release requirements justify powered operation.
You do not need to choose now. We recommend a direction after reviewing your channel and factory process.
One team from drawing review to mould assembly
Your channel geometry, mould functions and production requirements stay connected through the project.

Review the requirement
We review the channel, size range, output target and factory constraints.

Build and assemble
Fabrication, machining and assembly follow the approved mould design.

Check the agreed scope
Key dimensions, interfaces and final condition are checked before delivery.
Before you contact us
Can one mould produce several channel sizes?
Some related lengths or local details may use adjustable ends or replaceable inserts. Large changes in section or release direction may require a different mould.
Can the mould form joints, openings and cover seats?
Yes, these details can be reviewed from the channel drawing. Their position, fixing method and release direction need to be confirmed.
Do I need complete drawings before contacting Realjet?
No. A photo, approximate section, dimensions or an early drawing is enough for the first discussion.
Do you sell finished drainage channels?
No. This page is for steel mould systems used to manufacture precast drainage channels.
Send a Photo. We Will Help With the Next Step.
Tell us what you need to produce. Complete drawings are not required for the first discussion.
