Precast Concrete Wall Panel Moulds

Custom Precast Wall Panel Moulds & Steel Formwork

Realjet designs and manufactures steel mould and formwork systems for horizontal and vertical production of structural, facade and sandwich wall panels. Fixed, movable and hydraulic configurations are developed around the required panel and factory process.

  • Horizontal casting systems
  • Vertical casting systems
  • Structural, facade and sandwich panels
Drawings are helpful, but not required for the first discussion.
Production systems

Start with how the wall panels will be cast

You do not need to choose the final equipment before contacting us. We can discuss horizontal or vertical production from the panels and factory process you are planning.

Horizontal casting system for precast wall panel production
Horizontal casting systemsWall panels are cast on a flat steel surface. The solution may use a fixed flat mould, movable pallet, hydraulic tilting table or magnetic shuttering.
  • Fixed flat moulds and casting tables
  • Pallets and shuttering pallets
  • Hydraulic tilting tables
  • Magnetic side forms and opening forms
Vertical battery mould for precast wall panel production
Vertical casting systemsBattery moulds use parallel vertical casting cells for suitable repeat wall panel production. Hydraulic opening and closing can be included in the agreed design.
  • Battery moulds and battery formwork
  • Single- or multi-cell project arrangements
  • Hydraulic opening and closing options
  • Panel-specific side and opening forms

What these mould systems can produce

Recognise the wall panel first. The suitable mould and production method can then be discussed around the project.

Precast structural and internal wall panels

Precast concrete facade panels
Precast concrete facade panelsExterior wall panels designed around the required dimensions, openings, edge details and architectural concrete finish.
Insulated precast concrete sandwich wall panel
Sandwich wall panelsInsulated wall panels with concrete layers and a project-defined insulation build-up.
Precast wall panel with window openings and cast-in items

Configuration options

Configured around the panel and factory process

01

Fixed

Stationary moulds or casting tables for an agreed production area and panel range.

02

Movable

Pallets, rail-mounted arrangements or other movement developed for the planned production flow.

03

Hydraulic

Hydraulic tilting, opening, closing, adjustment or demoulding functions where required.

04

Adjustable shuttering

Side forms and opening forms used to define panel sizes, edges, doors and windows.

A simple way to start

You describe the product. We help develop the solution.

  1. 01

Tell us what you plan to produce

A short message, approximate dimensions, a photo or a drawing can start the discussion.

  2. 02

    Discuss the production system

We review the wall panel and factory goal, then discuss horizontal or vertical casting and suitable equipment.

  3. 03

    Confirm drawings and quotation

Technical details, delivery scope and quotation are prepared after the project basis is clarified.

Engineering and manufacturing

Design connected with steel fabrication

Realjet connects project discussion, mechanical design, steel fabrication and workshop assembly around the agreed production objective.

Final dimensions, functions, inspection requirements and delivery boundaries are confirmed before manufacturing.

Why Realjet

One team connects the wall panel, casting system and manufacturing route

A custom wall panel mould must bring panel geometry, casting direction, moving functions and acceptance requirements into one workable production system.

Inspection against the scope

Critical dimensions, interfaces, finish and final condition are checked against the agreed project documents before release.

FAQ

Questions before contacting us

Do I need drawings before contacting Realjet?

No. A short description of the wall panels you plan to produce is enough for the first discussion. Approximate dimensions, photos or drawings can be shared if available.

Should we use horizontal or vertical casting?

That depends on the wall panel, required surface, repeat quantity and factory process. We can discuss flat moulds, pallets, tilting tables or battery moulds before the final equipment is confirmed.

Can the mould include different sizes, openings or insulation?

These requirements can be considered during design after the panel geometry, repeat variants and production sequence are clarified.
