Production scenarios and design basis
Box girder moulds support highway, railway, urban viaduct and long-span bridge projects using precast box-shaped superstructure elements. Web inclination, deck width, cell geometry, diaphragms, prestressing ducts, lifting provisions and casting orientation are reviewed before the mould is divided into practical bottom, side, end and internal-form assemblies.
