Production scenarios and design basis

Segmental bridge moulds are used in casting yards producing segments for span-by-span, balanced-cantilever and other approved erection methods. The mould concept follows the bridge alignment, segment family, casting curve, match-casting procedure, diaphragm and web arrangement, shear-key details, post-tensioning ducts and survey-control method.
