Integrated chassis fabrication for concrete machinery
A concrete pump chassis must provide stable mounting references for structural, hydraulic and operating systems while carrying loads through a large welded assembly. Realjet offers contract manufacturing of machinery chassis to customer drawings, combining heavy steel fabrication with machining of critical interfaces and final assembly checks.
The representative chassis shown illustrates Realjet's engineering machinery processing capability. Every supply remains drawing-led: frame dimensions, plate grades, outrigger interfaces, equipment mounting points and acceptance requirements are defined by the buyer's approved documentation.
From plate preparation to inspected assembly
Manufacturing can include CNC cutting of plates, forming of structural parts, subassembly preparation, fixture-controlled welding, drilling and boring, deburring, surface treatment and component assembly. For long or geometrically complex frames, process datums and welding sequences are established before production so that critical mounting positions can be checked throughout the build.
Typical control points include:
- material identity and plate thickness;
- chassis diagonals, centre lines and overall geometry;
- weld appearance and specified nondestructive examination;
- machined hole, pin and mounting-face relationships;
- clearances for hydraulic, electrical and mechanical interfaces;
- coating coverage, thickness and final delivery condition.
Suitable procurement scenarios
Concrete pump manufacturers and other construction equipment companies can use this service for prototype chassis, production batches, welded subassemblies or more complete structures prepared for line-side installation. The same production approach can be adapted to mobile machinery bases, outrigger frames and equipment platforms when drawings and acceptance criteria are available.
Please provide the general arrangement, detail drawings, bill of materials, weld and machining requirements, coating system, planned quantity and delivery schedule. Realjet's construction machinery contract manufacturing service links cutting, forming, welding, contract machining, coating and inspection within one project-controlled workflow.
