Custom tanks for hydraulic machinery systems
Hydraulic oil tanks must fit the available machine envelope while providing the specified capacity, port arrangement, mounting interfaces and service access. Realjet undertakes contract manufacturing of fabricated tanks and machinery components from customer-authorised drawings and technical requirements.
The tank pictured is a representative component manufactured under recorded authorisation. It shows Realjet's ability to integrate formed panels, welded seams, bosses, flanges and mounting details into a finished assembly. It does not define a universal tank specification; material, capacity, cleanliness, pressure or leak-test requirements must be confirmed for each programme.
Manufacturing considerations
Panels are cut and formed before the shell, baffles and connection details are assembled in fixtures. The welding plan considers access, deformation and sealing requirements. Specified ports, flange faces and mounting interfaces can be machined or finish-checked after fabrication. Surface preparation and coating are then completed according to the approved system.
Quality controls may cover:
- material and drawing revision verification;
- tank dimensions, port positions and mounting points;
- weld condition and the agreed leak-testing method;
- internal cleanliness and removal of fabrication residue;
- flange, thread and machined-interface checks;
- coating condition and final packaging protection.
Machinery applications
Made-to-drawing hydraulic reservoirs can be used in construction machinery, lifting equipment, agricultural machinery, industrial production equipment and other hydraulic power systems. Realjet can support trial units and repeat batch supply when the buyer provides a complete design and acceptance basis.
For a quotation, provide tank drawings, material specification, working medium, capacity, port schedule, mounting conditions, testing standard, coating requirement and target quantity. Our machinery contract manufacturing and fabrication service brings sheet processing, welding, interface machining, inspection and finishing into a coordinated delivery scope.
