Individual plates and profiles are cut, formed and prepared as controlled subassemblies. Fixtures and staged welding sequences help maintain the relationship between the main datum structure, equipment openings and mounting points. Drilling, boring, tapping or other contract machining can be applied to critical interfaces after welding. Large-part surface preparation and painting complete the manufacturing route.
