A centrifugal spinning machine rotates a concrete-filled steel mould to compact the concrete and form the hollow pile section. The roller arrangement and drive are matched to the mould family and the planned forming cycle.
The spinning station supports and rotates the mould through the agreed forming stages. Equipment selection begins with the loaded mould and running-ring geometry; the operating recipe is then established for the concrete mix and pile section during process development.

Selection questions
Can the same spinning machine handle several pile sizes?
The proposed range must be checked against loaded mould mass, running-ring dimensions, roller positions and drive requirements. Diameter alone is not enough to establish compatibility, and the forming recipe must be reviewed for each product family.
Is one spinning speed suitable for every pile?
No universal speed setting is specified here. The operating stages depend on the mould, pile section and concrete mix. Process settings and acceptance checks are established for the agreed equipment and product during commissioning.
