Explore the production lineSteam supply sized around the curing schedule
A steam boiler supplies the heat source for the agreed spun pile curing system. Its duty is evaluated together with the curing schedule, steam distribution and the number of pits or chambers operating at the same time.
Steam demand depends on the curing volume, heat losses and how many pits or chambers operate at the same time. Boiler selection should be coordinated with the steam distribution system, water treatment and the utilities available at the site.
Configuration and integration
- Peak and average steam demand
- Steam conditions at the curing-system interface
- Site fuel or energy supply
- Feedwater, condensate and installation scope
Information for equipment selection
Curing schedules, simultaneous chamber load, required steam conditions, fuel availability and installation location.
Selection questions
How is boiler capacity determined for pile curing?
Review the peak and average steam demand across the curing schedule, including simultaneous chamber use and distribution losses. Pile output per day is a starting point but cannot specify boiler duty on its own.
Does a boiler package include an autoclave?
An autoclave is a separate pressure-curing vessel, not the boiler itself. Where the approved production process includes autoclaving, its vessel, controls and steam interfaces need a separately defined scope.
Supply and project coordination
Realjet can include the steam boiler in a coordinated spun pile equipment package or review it for an existing production line. Equipment dimensions, capacity, controls and supply boundaries are confirmed against the project requirements before an equipment proposal is finalized.
