Production scenarios and design basis

Beam and girder moulds are used in precast factories and project casting yards serving highways, urban viaducts, rail infrastructure and industrial construction. The mould arrangement is developed from the approved cross-section, length range, reinforcement and embedded-item layout, prestressing method where applicable, casting sequence and component-handling plan.

Is this mould range relevant to your project?

This range is intended for projects that have a defined beam or girder section and need a mould concept coordinated with repeat production. It may be relevant when:

  • Access provisions for preparation, concrete placement, inspection, cleaning and maintenance

Final component tolerances and acceptance criteria remain subject to the approved project documents, production controls and applicable standards.
